Online payment of property tax for the F.Y. - 2025-26 has started from 22nd of April ,2025 (22.04.2025 ) and through Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft from 24.04.2025 onwards (For Ward No: 1 to 28) & For citizens of ward no. - 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 37, 39, 40 & 41 offline demand notice of Property Tax for the F.Y. 2025-26 will be available from 1st week of May 2025. NOTICE ON STOP OF COLLECTION OF PAYMENT PROPERTY TAX

Property Tax for F.Y. 2025-26

Online payment of property tax for the F.Y. - 2025-26 has stopped on 31st March,2026 at 24.00 hrs. Payment through Cheque/Demand Draft will be accepted till 27.03.2026 & in Cash till 31.03.2026 due to generation of demand notice for the F.Y. 2026-27. The date of resumption of Property tax collection through Online & physical mode for the year 2026-27 will be intimated in due course.

Facility of Booking of “Water Tanker” & “Water Tank Refill”.

Online system of Booking such Tanker is made for facilitation of the citizens from the ease of their home. They can avail these facilities by making payment without coming to Pourabhawan at all.

Facility of “New Ferrule Connection”, “Change of Ferrule”, “Cleaning of Ferrule” & “Shifting of Ferrule”.

All these facilities have also been made online for the comfort of the citizens so that they need not have to waste their time to come to BMC’s office for such purposes.

NOTICE ON START OF PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAX

Property Tax for F.Y. 2025-26

Property Tax ONLINE collection for the F.Y: 2025-26 has started from 22.04.2025. Citizens can pay the Property Tax Offline by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft at the designated HDFC bank branches within Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation area and Tax Collection Offices between 11 AM to 3 PM on any working day on and from 24.04.2025(For Ward no: 1 to 28 ).

A. For Ward no: 1 to 28

Citizens of ward no. - 1 to 28 can pay Property Tax in offline mode for the F.Y. 2025-26 from 24.04.2025 as usual from 11AM to 3PM.However they can pay Property Tax online from 22.04.2025.

B. For Ward no: 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 37, 39, 40 & 41
